How long does a typical project take?

Most single-room projects take one day. Larger spaces or whole-home projects may require two or more days, which we'll discuss during your consultation.

Do I need to be home?

Yes — we ask that you (or an authorised decision-maker) are present so you can guide choices about what to keep, donate, or discard. Many of our clients work from home during sessions, stepping away to check in with us as needed. The more available you are throughout the day, the more we can accomplish together.

Are storage products included in the price?

Our day rate covers our time and expertise. Any storage products we recommend are purchased separately, and we'll always agree costs with you first.

What areas do you cover?

We cover Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and London. A fixed travel fee of £25 per organiser, per day applies to all bookings within London. If you're further afield, get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

How do I prepare for a session?

You don't need to tidy up beforehand! We'll work through everything together. Just make sure we have access to the spaces we'll be organising.

Can both organisers work on the same day?

Absolutely! Having two organisers can be great for larger spaces or multi-room projects. Each organiser is charged at the daily rate.

What about pets?

We're very happy to work in homes with pets! We just ask that they're kept out of the spaces being worked in so we can maximise our time and keep everything safe for both your pets and your belongings.
